The controller of the personal data entered into the enquiry form on this website is ANVERON RK s.r.o. (company ID and registered office to be added). We process the data (name, e-mail, phone, message) solely to handle your enquiry and arrange a viewing of the property, on the basis of your consent or pre-contractual steps.

The form is delivered technically by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our e-mail. We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, at most 12 months after the last contact, unless another legal basis arises (e.g. a contract).

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent. Send requests to the e-mail address in the contact section. This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies; the map and the video are loaded from Google Maps and YouTube only after you click.
